    Creator Fund

The Creator Fund is TikTok's program that pays eligible creators based on their video views. Eligibility requires 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the previous 30 days. Earnings range from $0.02 to $0.04 per 1,000 views.

The Creator Fund pays out monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. The exact rate depends on view geography (US views pay 3–4× more than Tier-3 country views), watch time per view, and whether the video met TikTok's content guidelines.

The Creator Fund has been partially replaced by the Creativity Program (US-only, requires 1-minute+ videos) which pays significantly more - up to $1 per 1,000 views. Most creators target the Creativity Program when eligible.

Crossing the 10,000-follower threshold is the biggest single Creator-Fund unlock and is the highest-ROI follower-buying use case for new TikTok creators.
