Auto-refill is a service guarantee where any followers who unfollow within the guarantee window are automatically replaced at no extra cost. The standard 2026 industry window is 30 days; cheaper providers offer 15 days or none.

Even with the best real-account providers, a 5–10% follower drop within the first 30 days is normal - some users naturally clean their following list. Auto-refill absorbs that drop so your delivered count stays at the ordered amount.
Manual refill (offered by older providers) requires a support ticket for every drop, which is operationally expensive for both sides. Modern providers automate the process via their backend integration.
